What this covers
This website and the early-access form. The VibeArmory app is not a website service: what it records stays on your Mac, and it has no cloud service or account, so none of that data reaches us.
What we collect when you sign up
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address (required) | To write to you about early access |
| What you tell us about your use case (required) | To decide who to invite first |
| Name, role and the agents you use, if you give them | To decide who to invite first |
| The date and time of your signup | To invite people in order |
| A one-way hash of your IP address, made with a secret key. The address itself is not stored. | To limit signups per connection and keep out spam |
We also email each new signup to ourselves. That email contains what you entered, the site address you used, and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection.
When you visit
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect it.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the signup, and stores the list in its D1 database.
- Resend delivers the signup notification email to us.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your entry and the notification email about it. You can also ask what we hold about you, or correct it.
Children
The site and early access are for people 18 or older (see the Terms).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
